Before fully embracing photography, I pursued a degree in System Engineering. However, I soon realized my true passion lay in the world of audiovisual arts, inspired by my upbringing in a household immersed in music and art. As a child, I played multiple musical instruments, and the creative energy in my home was a constant source of inspiration. This creative foundation eventually found its ultimate expression in photography during my studies in Audiovisual Communication.
I moved to New Zealand several years ago, drawn by the country's stunning landscapes and vibrant cultural tapestry. The nature and the new world of growth here have profoundly influenced my work, offering endless inspiration and new perspectives. Now, I feel more Kiwi than anything else, with the country's unique spirit deeply embedded in my creative process.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed clients such as THL, Dr. Rudi’s,JBL Audio and DoorDash, to name a few, capturing a diverse array of visual stories. My portfolio includes everything from corporate shoots to intimate street photography, each project allowing me to delve into different facets of this art form. My photographs are not just images but narratives that convey deeper meanings and emotions.
Photography has taken me to incredible places and introduced me to fascinating people. My freelance projects have led me to discover new dimensions of my craft and connect with a wide range of clients and subjects.
As a full-time freelance photographer, I understand the value of networking and connecting with like-minded individuals in the industry. Building meaningful relationships is crucial for mutual growth and success. My passion for street photography serves as a therapeutic outlet, grounding me and allowing me to observe life through my lens, turning everyday moments into art.
In my spare time, I draw inspiration from renowned artists and photographers like Fan Ho, Sean Tucker, Peter Hurley and Ned Kelly. Their work continues to influence my approach and vision, pushing me to explore new creative horizons.
